Semi-Homemade

First, shop at Trader Joes.

Secondly, gingerly remove the lid from the Baby Lettuce Spring Mix tub and remove the multi-colored lettuces onto your table-scape plate. Scatter sliced tomatoes and diced English Cucumber atop the salad mixture. Sprinkle Gongonzola Cheese lightly as well as some toasted (or not) sliced almonds. (Pine nuts are even better if you've got them (and know what they are) and don't shop at Winnco cuz you won't find them there...toast lightly in a sauce pan). Toss over salad for added crunch and protein. Finally, carefully open your already "Grilled Balsamic & Rosemary Chicken". Slice evenly and warm in microwave for 20 seconds. (Remember to press clear to maintain sanity). Place warmed chicken atop salad and take a big whiff. Grab a fork and some crusty white bread and enjoy.

Drink: If you need more, run to Jamba Juice; they make it for you. No mess!

Preparation time: 10 minutes if you are a dork.

Eating time: 5 minutes...cuz I can.

Eat your heart out, Sandra Lee!

That looks SSSOOO much better than the trail mix bar I am trying to enjoy this very minute (man I picked a bad time to read your blog). I didn't know you could toast gorgonzola? Is it better that way? Yum......
