One more

Good News: I had yogurt with granola for breakfast.
Bad News: I still have 12 more hours left in my day.

And I'm tired. Never a good combo!

You just have to remind yourself that chocolate has lots of antioxidants, which your body NEEDS. Don't deprive your body of what it needs. Boost your immune system, go eat chocolate!
